NOTE - It is not necessary to include a conclusion paragraph.
How long should my TOEFL integrated essay be?
You should aim for approximately 280-300 words for the entire essay. Failure to write enough will dramatically impact your score. Although there is no upper limit, it is not advisable to make it much bigger than 300 words as you should prioritize quality over quantity.
