I did a one week course with Richard to help me prepare for the IELTS and he was a great teacher. Although it was short, the course was very informative and Richard provided me with many resources that help me study topics I had difficulty with and support to get me through the test.

Richard is an amazing teacher! I had roughly one and a half months to prepare for the TOEFL iBT exam and Richard helped me a ton with every section. I greatly improved my overall skills and I was able to pass the test with a high score fairly easily. Apart from the educational aspect, Richard is also a great person to have casual conversations with. I highly recommend taking some classes with him.
I got much help from Rich when I was preparing my test. Against all odds, I got quite a satisfying result in my toefl. Although I took the lessons targeting at toefl, which I had thought to be exam skills-oriented, I was able to learn grammar, accents, and some UK culture. I’ve recently had around a year of lessons with Richard. Those lessons were taken in order to improve my skills to seat the IELTS exam, which I successfully took only once and achieved my goal score! I am pleased to have found him. I achieved a 7.5 overall.

Before my IELTS exam, I wasn’t pretty sure about my speaking part. So, I took 5 lessons for IELTS with Richard. Richard was a kind and helpful teacher. I have been learning English with Richard since summer and I feel I have made huge progress. First, I forgot about my language barrier. I used to get nervous when I was speaking in English. But now I am comfortable speaking in English and I have completely forgotten about this feeling.

Great tutor in every aspect. Has a very unique approach towards each student. Lessons are always fun, interactive, and informative.
